Senior Architect (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager - Architecture to join our Real Estate Development team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 12-16 years of experience in site execution and coordination, with a Bachelor of Architecture qualification. As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring site coordination, and contributing to the successful development of our real estate projects.

12-16 years of experience in architectural design and site execution within the Real Estate Development industry.

As the Senior Design - Architecture, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the architectural design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Leading site coordination efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of architectural plans.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the design team, reviewing drawings, and offering innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders such as government authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate the approval and procurement processes.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address site-related issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Participating in project meetings, presenting design concepts, and contributing to the overall project strategy and decision-making process.
• Remaining updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence in architectural design.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
