Job Description
Education Qualification
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Valid license to practice as a Doctor in Gujarat
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Doctor in a clinical or occupational health setting
- Conducting regular health assessments and medical examinations of employees to ensure their fitness for work
- Providing immediate medical care and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Developing and implementing health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to manage complex medical cases
- Advising on occupational health and safety standards and practices to prevent workplace hazards and accidents
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records for all employee consultations and treatments
- Participating in health education and training programs for employees and staff
- Contributing to the development and review of health policies and procedures within the organization
