Job Description
- Full time Graduation mandatory in Food Technology.
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience in Quality.
- Ensure the quality of food grains at the time of procurement. Maintain the same quality of food grains throughout food chain like storage and dispatch time by using good storage techniques like fumigation, aeration, sanitation and prophylactic treatment.
- Handle the audits like FCI, Third party audits, Adani internal audits and statutory and regulatory audits like FSSAI, ISO 22000 audits.
- Analyze the food grains at the time of the Procurement, Storage and dispatch time and confirm the quality parameters against uniform specifications released by the Govt. of India.
- Conduct the fumigation using ALP fumigant to prevent the infestation at the time of the grain storage.
- Conduct the Aeration to control the moisture migration in the grains at the time of the storage.
- Carry out the Sanitation to keep all site premises clean and neat.
- Carryout and ensure Pest control activities to control and prevent the storage pest.
- Handle all types of the Audits like FCI, ISO 22000, Third party audits, FSSAI.
- Impart the training sections on FSMS, Personnel Hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Coordinate with other departments like Operations, Electrical and Mechanical for smooth operations. Comply with the FSSAI and FCI Standards and requirements.
- Ensure regular sampling of stock and recording results.
- Identifying hazards to stock and implementing the corrective action plans such as fumigation, tumbling and de-coring.
- Liaison with FCI for healthy and transparent relations.
- Day to day coordination with FCI for quality and quantity related issues and ensuring positive feedback are received.
- Maintaining all documents, communications and records such as release orders, authority letters and delivery completion records.
- Submitting daily/weekly/monthly stock statements.
- Preparing invoices and ensuring payment in the first week of every month
- Coordination with operations team, FCI and transporters for effective and hassle-free dispatches.
