Senior Engineer

Purpose/Objective

Execute/Co-ordinate the Site activities to ensure delivery, execution and commissioning of designated Renewable projects within the Budget and Time Parameters through timely planning, equipment procurement & delivery, deployment of resources, execution, safety and handholding with 0&M team.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Ensure accurate feedback of progress to site senior management on timely basis. · Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams. · Periodically review overall compliance with SOPs. · Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS. · Drive high productivity of site workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling. · Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues. · Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits. · Proactive relationship management with all stake holders for successful construction completion.
