Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Engineering of Water & Effluent treatment systems of Industrial projects

- Ownership
- Mass & Water Balance diagram preparation, Water analysis interpretation,
- Basic and Detailed Engineering of Water treatment systems including Pre-treatment plant with Borewell water, clarified water, Sea water Desalination plants, DM Plants, EDI system, Ultra-pure water plants,
- Basic and Detailed Engineering of Effluent treatment plants, ETP RO, Hardness removal, Sewage treatment plants with Aeration, MBR, MBBR, Activated sludge recirculation, Sludge treatment.
- Chemical Unloading, Preparation and Dosing systems, etc. Knowledge of Chemical Analysis methods,
- Preparation, review & finalization of Equipment sizing, Pumps, Blowers, Compressors sizing, Datasheets, BOQs
- Perform Pre-treatment, UF, RO and MB projections
- Knowledge of selection of Material of construction as per application and different water/chemical/effluent/Sewage analysis.
- Preparation of Specification, Tender drawings, P&IDs, Datasheets, performing vendor offer review, Evaluation report, Vendor document review & its approval.
- Finalization of P&ID drawings, Instruments required for equipment start/stop, Interlock & permissive, Operation philosophy with Instrumentation team and Operation team,
- Preparation of Basic Arrangement drawings and finalization of General Arrangement drawings & layout with vendors / consultants and fixing in Plant layout
- Review of Civil and Architectural drawings and provide civil inputs before Site release.
- Project Site visit whenever required and Support O&M team with Operating Plant Problems, performing root cause analysis with furnishing Solution to problems,
- Co-ordination & Stakeholder partnering (within engineering teams (electrical, civil & C&I), Site teams, Procurement, vendors, O&M teams, Projects and Project Management) for development of healthy relationships
- Knowledge of Codes & Standards like AWWA, IS, ASTM, ASME etc.
- Vendor development, Working in Agile environment, Value engineering and Cost optimization.
- Assuring Safety conditions in design documents & Drawings
