Essential Qualification: BE / B. Tech ( Bachelor s degree in engineering)
Total Experience: 15-20 years
Desired Area of Expertise:
Responsible of entire Production Planning & Control, Supply Chain and day store
Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Raw Material & Finished Goods
Responsible for leading the PPC team
Stock level. Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis.
Proper disposal of Non-saleable / Expired BOM/consumable Inventory as per norms along with Supply chain &
EHS teams.
Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008.
Knowledge of SAP
BOM Items management
Production Planning & Dispatch Scheduling.
Material management & Sales Order wise RM Scheduling.
Controlling Production Process.
ERP (SAP) - PP / QM / SD /MM Module.
Dispatch monitoring and follow up.
WIP & FG stock Monitoring.
External & Internal Audit Activities.
Analysis Report / Data Analytics & MIS.
BOM Optimization & Wastage Reduction & Cost Reduction.
SAP coordinator with cross functional team - Sales / Purchase / Production / Stores / Logistics
