Lead - Treasury

To support an organization's treasury and financial assets to ensure efficient cash flow management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation

Role & responsibilities

• Timely delivery of MIS, Budget, Structured Review Meeting presentation, etc.
• Ind AS Compliant Accounts and Ind AS implementation.
• Preparation of Board Pack on quarterly basis
• Sustainability Reporting
• Support to new projects and LCs.
• Preparation of MIS, Budget and STRAP on time
• To support in Tax audit, Calculation of Advance tax, Review of Accounts
• Monthly Monitoring of Financial and Analysis of variances
• Quarterly Board Presentation and Sustainability Reporting
• Support to new projects and LCs.
• To take Various Training related to my Responsibilities.
• Strategic planning and budgeting

Qualifications: Bachelor/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA and CA

Experiences: 10 12 years of relevant experience

Preferred Profile:

• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Advanced Excel, Taxation.
• Knowledge Of international Capital Market
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Leadership skill
• Knowledge of transmission business
• Knowledge of Ind AS
• Hands on Excel and PowerPoint
• BI, SAP FI module.
• BPC, BPT, SAP Lumira.
• Soft Skills- Interpersonal, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
• Statutory Taxation matters
