Site Head- Kollam (Kerala)

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the execution of solar EPC projects from conception to completion

2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

3. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

4. Provide technical guidance and oversight for the design, procurement, and construction phases of solar projects.

5. Ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, and regulations

6. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.

7. Ensure all team members are trained and adhere to safety and quality standards.

8. Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols.

9. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

10. Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards.

11. Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements.

12. Maintain, prepare and submit regular progress reports, technical reports, and final project documentation.

13. Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.

14. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

15. Ensure all project documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in solar EPC projects.

3. Proven Experience in Solar project site execution.

4. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV technology, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

6. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

7. Willingness to travel project sites.
