Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• To submit quotations as per client requirements and follow-up for PO (Purchase Order) post submission of quotations.
• Preparing Order Acknowledgement.
• Payment Follow-up.
• Should have good co-ordination with production, accounts and sales departments for completion of all job-related activities and payment against the same (for e.g. Advance against order, advance against drawing approval if any, payment against FAT, payment against dispatch, payment against installation and commissioning etc.).
• Should accurately complete all vendor assessment forms as per client requirement.
• Ensure completion of any other sales related activities.
• To prepare, update and maintain all the required documents for ISO compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with good communication skills
