PPC Executive/PPC Specialist

Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks to ensure maximum ROI.
Conversion Tracking: Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting and performance measurement.
Campaign Optimization: Regularly analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce cost-per-click (CPC), and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct keyword research and implement relevant keywords to drive quality traffic and improve campaign performance.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
Performance Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports on PPC campaigns, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising, especially within the Google Ads ecosystem.
Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and strong knowledge of conversion tracking setups.
Demonstrated experience with campaign optimization strategies, including bid management, targeting, and audience segmentation.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Google Maps, Local Search Ads) and reporting features.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for improved performance.
Ability to work with Google Analytics and other tracking/analytic tools to measure campaign success.
Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
