We are seeking energetic professionals who can devise and implement marketing strategies aligned with the current market trends across various industries, including FMCG, Banking, Pharma, Retail, and Automobile.

1. Manager Ad Sales (Print Media)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and tap into new business opportunities across sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, Banking, Retail, and more.
• Lead and mentor a team of ad sales executives to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, content, and marketing, to develop customized advertising solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Drive innovative advertising concepts and solutions to maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis to senior management.
• Ensure timely collections and follow-ups for advertising payments.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Print Media Ad Sales or a similar role in Media Sales.
• Strong network in corporate sectors, advertising agencies, and local businesses.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop result-oriented strategies.
• Passion for media, branding, and advertising.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

2. Executive Ad Sales (Print Media)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads by engaging with potential clients.
• Pitch advertising solutions to businesses across various industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer retention.
• Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Develop and present sales proposals and advertising packages to clients.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Coordinate with the design and editorial teams to ensure smooth ad placement.
• Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups from clients.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Ad Sales, Business Development, or Media Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of print media advertising and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Freshers with an MBA/Marketing background and a passion for media sales may also apply.
