Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
  • Manage workplace disciplinary, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health procedures.
  • Responsibility for providing the managers with information on latest employment policies that will impact on their management responsibilities and existing policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for implementing SOPs and various work policies of all the departments and strategies to achieve companys goals.
  • Recruitment, Staff onboarding, needs assessment, induction, training & development for new joiners.
  • Recruitment
  • Manage payroll activities, viz. attendance and leave records based on Biometric system.
  • Maintain employee records & documentation.
  • Design organization structure and update with the changes as and when it occurs.
  • Manage performance appraisals, promotion, ranking, internal transfer etc.
  • PMS to be done on quarterly basis in coordination with HODs and share the reports to management.
  • Monthly, quarterly & yearly statutory compliances regarding TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (Returns & Challans) in coordination with consultant. Follow up of Confirmation records for statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, PT/Gratuity, and Bonus Etc.
  • Coordination with bank for employee salary transfer, new accounts, credit cards, policy & loan etc.
  • Handle administrative work, vendor follow ups & AMC for facility management.
  • UAN activation, issuance of form 16, PF account creation and PF accounts transfer, application of ESIC for employees & explaining benefits to them.
  • Employee F&F
  • Compensation, benefits, taxes deductions, TDS & GMC record maintenance and deductions.
  • Weekly report on detailed status of recruitments (position date to closure), closure report with individual numbers and TAT of closure.
  • Monthly report on recruitment costing, payroll report on live number of resources.
  • Quarterly report on departmental PES.
  • Monthly review meeting with management.
  • Exit interview, reference checking,
  • generate and promote companys good review overall on social media including Google, glass door, ambitionbox (naukri) etc.
  • Manage yearly appraisal
  • Manage contract staff and their compliance including contractor compliance too
  • Some staff are regular late comers and 5-6 days monthly absent those are being sheltered by his own HOD kindly correct this situation HOD sheltering ultimately suffering to company.
  • Make sure no hanky panky in attendance and do not listen to we used to do like this way attendance since
  • many years no Sunday working, No OT unless in factory when we get big order, NO adjust in Leave Salary and days.
  • Make happy kind of software for Leave applications, Must have dr certificate with verified against Medical leave. People take leave like they are working in their home no advance leave HOD confirmation etc. Even HOD also sign month end leave forms and sheltering them this all must be stop for discipline working. Any unauthorized leave must deduct 2 working day as per policy ensure them to regularized the working enviorement.
  • Identify staff who keep on bunking regularly unnecessarily must remove from company and replace those
  • Market Multiplier meet with each HOD (SM/ASM/BM/OBM,Service Manager etc) for their contribution to achieve companys Goal, Vision & Mission every Saturday in Morning Slot with all 3 director one by one biweekly is must for 30 mnts once they have all their points its must for all HOD in Google Duo with all 3 Director of any company dept HOD.
