Senior Associate - Project Management

Opportunity

We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Delivery Operations team to drive organization-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Delivery seniors and various stakeholders for a successful roll out of technology tools / platform across organization
• Help with project planning, project management, internal coordination and smooth roll-out of tools to client teams as per the defined timelines in the project plan
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project timelines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate documentations and communication plans are in place
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Ensure continuous communication with all internal teams involved
• Constant communication with external vendors to ensure seamless implementation and iron out issues or priority, if any

Required Background

• Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the project management
• An experienced individual with strong understanding of our business workflows and problem-solving skills
• Passion to help drive standardisation and operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver timely resolutions.
• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
