Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  
• Plan and execute product promotions, including campaigns and events.
  
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Marketing).
  
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing plans and executing effective promotional activities.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Product Promotion, Sales Planning, Promotion Planning, Business Strategy concepts.
