Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to identify their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Utilize cold calling and secondary market research to identify and target key prospects.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines, collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery.
- Coordinate with technical leadership to craft differentiating solutions and innovative commercial models.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and slide decks independently, delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using strong arguments.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to build relationships and maintain an active lead pipeline.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends, continuously improving sales strategies.
Requirements:
- B.Tech or MBA in Marketing with of experience in sales.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Security, Telecom, ISP & Surveillance sales.
- Proven work experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in creating presentations and sales proposals.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM tools, with experience in managing relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social platforms to generate leads and connect with prospects.
- Ability to manage relationships with government and corporate clients effectively.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Strong network and contacts within government and corporate sectors.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership to identify new business strategies and implement effective solutions.
