Roles and Responsibilities -

- Sourcing and Procurement: Manage indirect goods and services like non-perishable food, office supplies, maintenance equipment, and IT services.

- Food Compliance: Ensure food sourcing meets regulatory guidelines and storage requirements.

- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Inflight, Catering, etc.) to align procurement with business needs.

- Supplier Management: Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build relationships for quality, cost-effective sourcing.

- Market Research: Monitor trends, regulations, and industry developments to inform procurement strategies.

- Procurement Tools: Use systems to track orders, inventory, and supplier payments.

- Vendor Development: Create new vendor relationships to improve services and supplies.

- Reporting: Generate procurement reports and track supplier performance.

- Payment Management: Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve payment issues.

- Procurement Data: Maintain accurate procurement system data and oversee supplier assessments.
