Manager/Senior Manager - Indirect Procurement - Manufacturing Firm (7-16 yrs)

KRA :

- Primary responsibility will be to source and procure goods and services that are directly related to the core operations of the Company, such as office supplies, maintenance equipment, IT services, and other items.

- Work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of these goods and services.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance

Required Skills :

- At least 7-15 years' experience in Indirect buying

- Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Procurement tools.

- Hands on experience in ARIBA

- E-Sourcing experience in SAP or other tools is preferred

- Good Communication and negotiation skills

- Must possess strong analytical skills in order to make decisions (often with limited data), and strong interpersonal skills to influence the decision-making of others

- Must have strong team building, facilitation, organizational, planning and time management skills, and a proven results-orientation

- Preferred certifications: APICS, CPM, CPIM, CPSM, C.P.M, CIPS etc.
