Manager - Legal/Litigation - Hospitality (8-15 yrs)

Position Name - Manager Legal

Location - Gurgaon

KRA :

- The candidate must have extensive experience in managing consumer, civil, criminal, quasi-criminal matters, and writ-petitions.

- Strong expertise in managing litigation (including the procedures thereof), HR-related legal issues and regulatory compliance.

- In addition, the candidate must have exposure of drafting/reviewing and negotiating general business contracts.

- Legal know-how preferably of travel/hospitality industry.

- Knowledge and experience in handling general business contracts, litigation (know-how of civil court procedures) and corporate advisory.

- Skills to prepare opinions and brief internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical judgment and a strong business acumen.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multi-task, must be team-player with the ability to manage and delegate.

- Detail oriented and self-starter.
