Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Design Engineer to join our innovative
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing floating
infrastructure solutions, ensuring high-quality designs, and collaborating with cross
functional teams to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CAD Modeling & Drafting: - Develop precise 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings. - Ensure drawings meet company and industry standards.
Simulation & Analysis: - Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
studies. - Perform matrix analysis to assess design efficiency and structural integrity.
Rendering & Visualization: - Create realistic renders for client presentations and internal reviews.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ): - Prepare comprehensive BOQ for projects based on detailed designs.
Documentation: - Prepare design reports that include detailed methodologies, analyses, and conclusions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the production, sales, and R&D teams to ensure seamless project
execution.
Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on the latest design tools, techniques, and standards to enhance design
processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: - Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Expertise in FEA and CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar).
- Familiarity with rendering software like KeyShot or equivalent.
Analytical Skills: - Strong ability to perform structural and matrix analysis. - Competency in preparing BOQs and technical documentation.
Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (preferred).

Compensation
CTC: Up to 7.2 LPA, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
