Job : Title : Workday Integration Developer.
Shift: 2-11pm or 3-12pm IST.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Workday, Legion, Kronos, or other HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HRIS and Payroll systems (such as ADP) and expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, and EIBs. Familiarity with Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting modules is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Studio, Workday Connectors, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders).
- Create and optimize custom reports and APIs for data exchange and system interactions.
- Ensure integrations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical support for HRIS and Payroll systems, including ADP or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot payroll and HRIS-related integration issues and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HRIS and payroll systems meet organizational needs.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all integration solutions.
- Deploy integration solutions into production environments with minimal disruptions.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and address any issues promptly.
- Develop detailed technical documentation for integration workflows and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and deliver
solutions.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members as required.
Mandatory Skills and Experience :
- 5-8 years of experience in Workday, Legion, Kronos, or other HCM applications.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, Connectors, and EIBs for integration development.
- Proficient in APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation tools like XML/XSLT.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, including ADP or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting modules is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other HCM applications or payroll systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Location : Flexible based on project requirements.
Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred or those with up to 30 days' notice.
Mode of Work : On-site or hybrid as per project needs.
