The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to help our clients with their immigration requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
• Helping clients gather and submit the required documents
• Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws Oversee the completion and accuracy of immigration applications, and ensure all required documents are received by the deadline
• Meeting Sales Goals through Selling to Customer Needs.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any stream/discipline
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and research-driven individual
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
