Job Description :

TSE will help distinguish our company with professionalism and assist our customers via phone and email.

- Attend calls from customers to understand their technical services related issues.

- Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the support services.

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer issues.

- Record the customers issues in ITSM system.

- Keep records of calls and record useful information.

Designation : Technical Support Engineer

Company Location : Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)

You need to join office on given joining date.

Shift Time : Rotational Shift (9Hrs/Day)

Working days : 6 Days/ week

Week Off : 1 Day/week (Rotational)

We are providing training for 15 days with salary (2.5L/A for freshers)

Personal Laptop is mandatory for training period.

Male candidates are preferred.
