Infrastructure Engineer Security & File Transfers (Location : Bangalore)

seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in secure data exchanges and file transfers, as well as proficiency in data flow coding and the management of tools such as CFT (Cross File Transfer). This strategic role is crucial to ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of data exchanges on a global scale between our various international sites. The selected candidate must have a strong technical background in secure transfer solutions and be capable of managing complex environments while meeting high security and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Secure File Transfers: Implement and maintain robust and secure solutions for critical file transfers in an international environment, always ensuring operational resilience.
• Data Flow Coding: Develop and optimize data flow coding systems capable of processing large data volumes while maintaining maximum security and performance.
• CFT Tools: Expertise in configuring and managing file transfer tools (Cross File Transfer - CFT), ensuring reliable and uninterrupted exchanges between multiple global sites.
• Security Assurance: Implement best security practices to prevent vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data flows across the various platforms in use.
• Global Standardization: Ensure consistency in technical practices and an even level of expertise across all regions (America, Europe, Asia) by closely collaborating with technical teams across international sites.

Key Technical Competencies:

Success in this role depends heavily on strong technical expertise in the following areas:

• Secure Way: Proficiency in technologies and protocols for securing data transfers, ensuring data flows are protected from threats.
• File Transfer Protocols: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols and tools, notably CFT.
• Data Flow Coding: Ability to develop and maintain high-performance data flow coding solutions optimized for managing large data volumes while adhering to strict security criteria.
• Secure Architecture: Strong skills in secure system architecture to ensure robust and resilient transfer infrastructures against attacks or failures.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar position, with proven technical expertise in secure file transfers, data flow coding, and CFT tool management.

Experience in multi-localized environments is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field, with a specialization in systems and network security.

Language Skills: Fluent English, with the ability to communicate with international teams.
