One of India's Leading Group companies SRF Ltd. (Chemicals Division) requires Manager -Commercial and Logistics (Exports)+ Sales coordination to be based in the manufacturing unit in Dahej.

Key Role

1. Closure of Complaints

- To ensure that any complaints related to documentation, packaging, labels, transport are closed asap and avoid its repetition.

2. Timely payments

- Timely release of payment to service providers.

- Timely submission of documents to Bank.

- Check LC discrepancies and maintain receipt of original LCs

3. Timely and error free execution of the export orders as per the terms agreed with the customers +Sales coordination

- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for dispatch schedule prioritization.

- Responsible for all Pre-shipment and Post shipment documents in line with Customers requirement.

- Coordinate with shipping lines/ Forwarders/CHA for freight rates/booking.

- Coordinate with CHA/Transporter for placement of containers for loading.

- Coordinate with CHA for handover/railing out of containers.

4. On time submission of documents to Customers

- Timely release of B/L from shipping agencies.

- Forward vessel planning, dispatch information/ documents to customers for them to initiate necessary approvals at their end.

5. Statutory Compliances w.r.t execution of export orders

- Ensures compliance to Exim, statutory, DG, REX regulations.

6. Performance Trend Analysis and Documentation

- Trend analysis of logistics and deliveries costs along with all other performance indicators

- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Upkeep of all relevant contracts with CHA/Transporters

- Upkeep of all relevant leases of ISO tanks from Tank operators

Position Specification

Educational Qualification: PGDM / MBA (Fulltime or regular)

Duration of experience: 10-15 Years
