ServiceNow Portal Developer (6-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Service Portals using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, widget development, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portals using ServiceNow UI Builder, Widgets, and Catalogs.

- Develop custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

- Enhance the user experience (UX) and interface design for ServiceNow Portals.

- Configure and optimize Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and Virtual Agent integration.

- Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM for portal development.

- Implement responsive and accessible UI components within ServiceNow.

- Develop custom scripts, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related performance, UI, and workflow issues.

- Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and ServiceNow administrators to ensure the best user experience.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, UI Builder advancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.

- Expertise in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for UI/UX development.

- Experience with ServiceNow widgets, Glide APIs, REST APIs, and scripting.

- Knowledge of Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and Virtual Agent integrations.

- Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM is a plus.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills."
