Workday Developer - EIB Module (3-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations and Workday Studio development.

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.).

- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), Workday Report Writer, and Integration Cloud.

- Experience with different integration patterns such as EIB, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect.

- Strong understanding of Workday's data model and integration processes.

- Excellent programming skills in XSLT, XML, and Web Services.

- Hands-on experience in managing the full integration lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).

- Ability to work with API-based integrations and experience with data transformation tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.

- Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Required :

- Experience in Workday implementations or upgrades.

- Certification in Workday HCM or Integration."
