Embedded Software Tester

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded products to ensure product quality and performance standards.
• Write manual test cases for the application based on the defined requirements, ensuring proper test coverage for all features and functionalities.
• Develop, implement, and refine testing processes for both new and existing projects to meet customer requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Perform in-depth stress testing and regression testing, particularly after bugs or issues have been resolved, to validate the product's functionality and stability.
• Investigate quality issues and modify test procedures as needed to address problems, ensuring that the product meets the necessary specifications and quality standards.
• Log defects found during testing into the defect tracking tool, ensuring accurate documentation of the issue. Verify and re-test the issues once resolved.
• Execute the automation regression suite to perform sanity checks on each new build released, ensuring that critical functionalities continue to work as expected.
• Develop and execute test scripts using Python or other scripting languages to automate testing processes and improve efficiency in testing.

Requirements / Qualification :

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecom or equivalent
• Relevant experience: 1 to 3 Years
• Effective analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
