Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Provide support for software installations, system configurations, and hardware issues.
Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and issues reported.
Create and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor systems and applications to ensure seamless operations.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to prevent technical problems.
Training and Guidance:
Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices.
Assist in training team members on new products or updates.
