Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Working continuously on a task until completion.
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers.
Testing, evaluating and debugging Silvan security systems to resolve issues.
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in technical support.
Excellent communication skills
Should have understanding of basic networking (protocols, IPv4, Router configuration etc), application download and installation in Android and iOS devices.
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telugu is a big plus.
Must be willing to travel to site(both within and outside Bangalore), if required.
Should be a good team player.
Willing to work on weekend shifts on rotational basis (with 2 days of)
Will be working in Day shifts on a rotational basis (Morning and Afternoon shifts)
Qualification :
BE/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science.
