Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director to join our Clients & Markets team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client data, preparing dashboards, conducting background research, creating executive profiles, and driving prebusiness development (Pre-BD) initiatives.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced operations capabilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the firm's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Client Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain client data within secure databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyse client information to identify trends, insights, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
Background Research:
- Conduct thorough research on various topics to support client needs, including economic trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
- Compile detailed reports, presentations, and summaries to present findings clearly and concisely.
Executive Profiling:
- Profile key executives and decision-makers to understand their career trajectories, leadership styles, and areas of influence.
- Utilize profiling insights to support business development and enhance client relationship strategies.
Pre-BD Initiatives:
- Analyze data to develop a penetration index across clients, geographies, solutions, and service lines.
- Design and execute programs to increase cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Manage pursuit strategies to ensure successful business development efforts.
Corporate News and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze corporate news, financial reports, and relevant publications to track industry changes and emerging trends.
- Provide timely updates and actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making processes
Skill set:
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Operations and Research: Strong capability to manage operational workflows and conduct comprehensive research across various domains.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and present actionable insights.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in research, data management, business insights, or a related role.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
