Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing the companys social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing, content creation, data analytics, and performance optimization, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Set and track clear social media objectives and KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).
• Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates.

Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee creation of high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging.

Community Management:

• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly to foster a positive online community.
• Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Manage negative feedback and crisis situations on social media.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on social media metrics (engagement, growth, traffic, conversions).
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and others to analyze performance and refine strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and monthly reports to the marketing team and leadership.

Paid Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, targeting, and budget management.

Collaborations and Partnerships:

• Manage partnerships with influencers, brands, and content creators to expand reach.
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer campaigns.

Trend Research and Innovation:

• Research emerging social media platforms and tools to enhance engagement.
• Experiment with innovative formats like live streaming, stories, reels, and AR filters.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.
• Align messaging across channels with the PR and communications team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management and campaign execution.
• Skills:
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Expertise in social media platforms and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
