About the Role:
- This role is responsible for implementation of multiple software projects across multiple projects concurrently.
- This role will lead design, development, and implementation, solutioning and managed services along.
- Responsibility includes working with customers, functional and matrix managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all ACENTRA projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined ACENTRA guidelines and processes and with client expectations.
- This role includes creating technical solutions for our customers, responding to RFPs/RFIs performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements.
- Lead a team of junior and mid-level executives responsible for implementation, solutions and delivery and coordinate with product engineering, SQA and other teams to ensure the delivery and solutions requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality delivery within the agreed timelines for multiple projects concurrently
- Lead assigned program/project delivery related aspects.
- Lead design, development, and implementation (DDI), Solutioning and Managed services.
- Monitor, track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks
- Monitor, track resource management and allocation to make decision on hiring in-time
- Escalate matters in-time to mitigate potential risks and to allow seamless delivery
- Focus on the service delivery improvement initiatives along with respective delivery.
- People management & stakeholder management.
- Build and engage strong high performing and agile teams
- Client Management.
- Adhere to clients- processes and metrics of performance and quality parameters
- Own the technical solutioning in RFPs/RFI response process.
- Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered throughout each phase of implementation.
Who you are:
Education:
- Should be from BE/B.
- Tech/MCA background.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience, desired.
Required Skills:
- Delivery management with 18+ years of experience in software industry preferably from Healthcare Domain with MMIS experience, preferably large engagements
- Strong technical knowledge with a successful track record of hands-on-experience in program management / delivery
- Hands-on experience in product implementations and Maintenance and enhancements type of projects
- Passionate about leading delivery and solutioning
- Manage Delivery excellence parameters quality, schedule, productivity, estimation
- Metrics and KPIs based delivery management
- Identify potential risks and issues in product implementation, services, and solutions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Usage of appropriate tools to communicate the ideas/creative solutions
- Hands-on resource management
