- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
- Arranging telephone video or inperson interviews

- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Role Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in technical talent acquisition
- Familiarity with technical roles coding languages and IT industry trends
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and recruitment marketing platforms
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience in passive candidate recruitment
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
