Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and current processes across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions that enhance process efficiency and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities and assist clients in adopting industry-leading practices.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and process improvement discussions with clients.
• Support the implementation team by translating business requirements into technical configurations.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and optimization of ServiceNow processes post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, especially ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and more.
• Experience in process design and optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for process management.
• Ability to gather business requirements, conduct process assessments, and design process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients to understand their needs.
• ServiceNow Certification required (any two)
