Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and Implementation of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD).
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry solutions.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, workflows, and APIs.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
• ServiceNow Certification required (any two)
