Job Description
As a Sr. Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and supporting the Business Central solution for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, configuring the system, and providing technical expertise throughout the implementation process. Your role will involve working closely with clients, project managers, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver successful Business Central projects.

- Solution Design and Implementation
- Analyse client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs.
- Develop and implement technical solutions, including integrations, customizations, and extensions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of business processes with the technical solution.
- Technical Consultation and Support
- Provide expert guidance and advice on technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and optimizing system performance.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the solution meets client expectations.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients and end-users on technical aspects of the system.
- Project Collaboration and Documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology advancements, product updates, and industry best practices related to Business Central.
Job Specification / Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Minimum Experience of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 - Navision/ Business Central.
- In-depth knowledge of various modules Accounting / Finance/ Manufacturing / Supply Chain etc
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest technologies in ERPs
