DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY OF TEAM LEADER
1. Checking and monitoring of IT related tasks and addressing all trouble shooting problems.
2. Daily monitoring & Maintainance of the Server System & PRI lines.
3. Daily checking, monitoring & functioning of customer care software and its' services.
4. Monitoring from time to time to check on GPS application and in case of any problem address the authorities.
5. Monitoring & maintenance of the company website.
6. Generate daily/ weekly / quarterly/annual reports/returns.
7. Report immediately to Head of the Emergency Response Centre in case of any report of misuse of ambulance or unauthorized movement.
8. Continuously tracking and monitoring of GPS to ensure nearest ambulance from the emergency patient location is dispatched in time.
9. Management of SENSE department, preparation of Duty Roster of CCEs, day to day personally monitoring of the emergency handling by the CCEs and ensure hundred percent correctness in the overall functioning including dispatch of ambulances.
10. Monitoring of Customer Care Service and initiate all types of reports generation.
11. Handling team and looking after duty roaster, and other related issue of Customer Care Executives.
12. Carryout quality analysis of Emergency & Customer Care services.
13. Regular updates to senior authority by SMS or telephone as per the existing policy/procedure.
14. Reporting of any untoward incident to Head of the Trust inclusing HOD's ie HR, Operation , Sense as & when it takes place.
15. Proper maintenance of all records/registers related to Emergency Response Service & Customer Care services.
