Area of Responsibility Description of Responsibility Project Delivery Management • Ensure the on-time delivery of project deliverables by coordinating and monitoring project timelines. Mechanical System Design Review • Engage in the design and conduct thorough reviews of mechanical systems and sub-systems.

• Perform an in-depth examination of design calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Load and Boundary Condition Establishment • Work closely with the design team to understand mechanical systems and establish precise load and boundary conditions for analysis. Client Communication • Communicate load and boundary conditions to clients and obtain their approval as necessary to align with project requirements. Meeting Documentation • Maintain detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and promptly share updates and action items across teams to ensure effective communication and follow-up. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) • Independently conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on complex multi-component assemblies and component-level structures.

• Utilize FEA results to identify areas for optimization and propose design modifications for products. Analysis Methodology Exploration • Demonstrate proficiency in exploring diverse analysis methodologies, validating procedures, and formulating standardized operating protocols to enhance analysis capabilities. Report Generation • Create and maintain comprehensive reports in both Word and presentation formats, summarizing analysis results, recommendations, and key findings. Collaboration with Testing Team • Collaborate with the testing team to support thermo-mechanical and thermal testing.

• Correlate testing results with Finite Element (FE) analysis to validate and refine models. Data Interpretation • Interpret test data effectively and convey the findings to the project team, highlighting insights and implications for design improvements. Thermal Compensation Modelling • Collaborate with the analysis team in building thermal compensation mathematical models to enhance the accuracy of simulations and predictions.
