Head - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm - CA (12-15 yrs)

Role Overview:.

- Lead of Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

- This role requires expertise in GST, IND AS, and team management, ensuring that the finance function operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with IND AS.

- Taxation: Manage GST compliance and ensure timely filing of returns, including audits and assessments.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure liquidity to meet operational needs.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Education: CA-12-16 Years experience, Finance and Accounts with Manufacturing, working with listed organisation.
