Site Engineer

JD: Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations.
Monitor the progress of construction work and provide timely updates to senior management.
Quality Control:

Ensure that all work completed on-site meets the required quality standards and complies with the contract specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is being carried out as per the approved design, drawings, and technical specifications.
Address any issues or deviations promptly and propose corrective actions.
Safety and Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
Ensure that all work practices follow local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
Site Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, work progress, and incident reports.
Prepare and submit reports on construction progress, delays, and any issues encountered on-site.
Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and updated as required.
Resource Management:

Oversee the management of materials, equipment, and labor on-site to ensure availability and proper usage.
Monitor and control material wastage and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve any technical issues and ensure the smooth flow of the project.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and senior management regarding project updates, concerns, and solutions.
