Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the job requirements and overall job needs and role.

Source resumes through different modes, identify the right candidates, contact them, screen them and evaluate them to find the right fit for the job role.

Briefing the candidate about the job role, the industry and the business line of the company

Line up candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring managers and liaise with them until feedback is received.

Negotiate salary with the selected candidates and release offers Follow up with the candidates until onboarding.

Create a pipeline of candidates to cater to forecasted requirements. Maintain recruitment reports and update candidate status in timely manner Prepare other reports as required by the line manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment
• Should be a graduate/post graduate with HR as specialization
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate well and close the positions within the timeline
