Summary:You will work closely with our Clients and the Accenture Song team and be responsible for leading and growing client accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving the overall strategic direction of campaigns. You will be working closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure integrated and effective solutions. You will be overseeing the end to end process of campaign, conceptualization, execution and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

The Practice A Brief Sketch

The practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Take full ownership of a project; have a clear understanding, vision and plan of the project that is clearly communicated and executed.
  • Partnering business and strategy teams in the development of holistic marketing and communications plans, including brand strategy, creative development and execution, integrated campaign, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Social strategy, ideation and development including social media content audits, social listening, developing playbooks, social roadmaps, communication and campaign strategy.
  • Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
  • Building relationships with key client decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of brand and creative strategy.
  • Working in a team of seasoned professionals & using relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, market conditions, and challenges, and translate these into effective advertising strategies.
  • Building relationships with key client and internal decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of campaign strategy, planning and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging media platforms, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and GenAI applications would be an added benefit.
