Finance and Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee the accounting and financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
2. Manage accounts payable/receivable, accounts finalization and taxation.
3. Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
4. Prepare MIS reports.
5. Analyze P&L statements.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good knowledge of accounting standards and competency in preparing and analyzing P&L, balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
2. Expertise in developing budgets, financial forecasts and reports to guide business decisions.
3. Should have experience in interacting with distributors and the Sales team.
4. Experience within finance and accounts in the Food, Dairy, FMCG or Beverage industry is ideal.
