Account Payable Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the procurement to payment (P2P) process from purchase order (PO) creation to invoice processing and payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP invoices, including data entry, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding amounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize P2P cycle time.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in ERP system.

Job Requirements :

• 0-13 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
• Strong understanding of P2P cycle, PO creation, invoice processing, and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as [insert specific software].
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
