PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To assist with Lead - Engineering to ensure that all electrical work upkeep with out distraction of production & Safety point of view

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all type of electrical work.
• Responsible for ensuring that the preventive maintenance of machines in all type of electrical work is done on time.
• To reduce the cost of the maintenance by reducing the breakdown and timely maintenance.
• Attend the Electrical problems.
• Responsible attending the machine on breakdown.
• Responsible for the maintenance of LT Panel / Transformer/ Steplizer / Busbar
• Regular audit and maintenance of Electrical Equipment.
• Sorting the problem and giving necessary instruction.
• Ensuring the availability of the materials and parts.
• Daily, monthly and yearly maintenance chart.
• Preventive maintenance report.
• Breakdown maintenance reports.
• Maintenance completion report.
• Complaint parts records.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe and healthy working environment
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the safety equipments
