About The Role :

 Prime Function: 

Ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing direct mail, email, web and print advertising.

Ensure the production of advertisements, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials.

Ensure a positive representation of image of the organization to the general public, clients, shareholders and the community

To develop and organize promotional activities; coordinate with departments concerned; prepare and issue media releases; invite VIPs and media to promotional activities

Any matter which may affect the interests of  ACCOR  should be brought to the attention of the Management.

 Key Responsibilities: 

 People Management 

Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre   to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.

Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.

Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.

 Financial Management 

To establish annual Marketing and Public Relation budgets and annual business plan.

Develop and plan weekly Marketing and Public Relation activities with a view to maximize productivity and generate higher revenues

Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

 Operational Management 

Coordinate all methods to maintain and increase business volume. This includes Advertising, Sales Promotions, Personal Selling, Publicity, and Community Relations

Ensure consistency and accuracy of all branding and materials produced across all departments.

Brief and work with the suppliers, ensuring quality, creativity and value for money is achieved.

Oversee the preparation and dissemination of press releases and articles and coordinate media.

Responsible for the writing, editing and publishing of organizational publications.

Maintain close contacts with possible Business Development partners such as with Hotels, Airlines, Travel agencies, Commercial houses, Private club, Professional associates to procure new business for the company.

To obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the premises which are of interest locally and internationally.

Finalize designs and other artwork, etc.

To maintain client database, statistical reports, and perform general administrative tasks

Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
