Job Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer

Locations : Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow team to ensure quality and reliability of ServiceNow deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow software testing principles, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to effectively communicate.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and identify and log defects in the system.
● Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements and ensure the enhancements meet customer needs.
● Report and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

● 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA, with experience in both manual and automated testing using ATF.
● Strong understanding of ServiceNow testing principles and methodologies.
● Experience with ServiceNow automation Test framework-ATF.
● Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
●.Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration testing, ServiceNow Instance Upgrade Testing.
● Experience is Testing relating to Incident, Change, Problem, Catalog items, Order guides, Knowledge base articles.
●.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within the team.
● Effective and efficient interaction with customer stakeholders, to understand the customers need and implementing existing and newly introduced processes by them.
● Ability to lead and guide the QA team for successful implementation of QA activities.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
