Accion Labs - Full Stack Developer - AEM Platform (5-10 yrs)

Role : AEM Full Stack Developer

You will play a vital role in the architecture design, integration, testing and deployment of Adobe Digital solutions for Stewart's various websites. You will be developing new components/templates, improving existing components/templates, and improving the user experience including accessibility improvements.

You will demonstrate your successful track record of full stack development for enterprises leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and your high level of proficiency in coding, experience working with a development team and other stakeholders to gather, implement and test.

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing code and implementing strategies to meet content management requirements in support of multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.

- Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe's AEM product suite

- Interact with marketing team and business partners to create end-to-end specifications for content & collaboration solutions and present architectural decisions to stakeholders

- Develop and oversee AEM templates and components, AEM launches, workflows, localization features

- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.

- Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality, accessibility standards are met, and appropriate design patterns are used

Qualifications :

Your skills and experience

Deep understanding of :

- Advanced JavaScript, CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript/Jquery, React JS, Java

- Adobe Experience Manager 6.x o Understanding of WCAG a plus o GitHub

- Must be proficient within Adobe AEM Sites and have a solid understanding of their foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process

- Good understanding of Adobe Assets including its structuring, processes, and use in conjunction with other Adobe tools including Sites, Workfront and Creative Suite

- Good understanding of the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred

- Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes

- AEM Cloud experience necessary

- Adobe Edge Delivery Services experience is strongly desired and considered a strong plus.
