AEM Developer (3-5 yrs)

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Adobe Experience Manager solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Implement custom functionalities in AEM using Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.

- Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs to extend functionality.

- Optimize AEM performance and ensure scalability by addressing performance bottlenecks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices while conducting peer code reviews.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.

- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR.

- Experience in building and deploying AEM components, templates, and content fragments.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with integrating third-party systems and APIs with AEM.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in using AEM's cloud-based services.

- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AEM projects.

- AEM Developer certification is a plus.
