Qualifications and Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (mandatory) and Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Salesforce-focused projects.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Familiarity with declarative tools (flows, process builder) and third-party integrations.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to assess complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions using Salesforce.
• Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management:
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working within agile or iterative development frameworks.
